Last summer, I replaced the head gasket and while the head was off, had a valve job done on my 22r. While doing all this, I installed a weber carb. Lately, I have been noticing when the truck is hot (full operating temp, just off the freeway) the idle slow a little every 2 seconds or so. It is very slight and I am not all that worried about it, but I wanted to see if there were any ideas out there in case it were to get worse. I ruled out vacuum as it should happen when cold as well with a vac issue. Possibly readjust the valves? Or is this just how 22r's roll. (I've never owned one before.) thanks for the info.
