2000 SR5 painted fender flares to medium black textured?

2000 SR5 painted fender flares to medium black textured?
Hi...have a 2000 SR5 4runner that is the jade mica green.. Much of the clearcoat is peeling especially on the green painted fender flares. These are the ones with the bolt through the fender design.
Question is, are the medium black textured ones a 'bolt through the fender' design or do they fasten in a different manner?
I would like to either remove my large green painted ones and remove all the paint and make them a matte black OR get the smaller medium black textured ones if they will fit right.
Anyone do this or have insight?
