nasty grinding noise

I have a 91 pickup and when i take off from a stop i get a nasty grinding noise and it sounds like its coming from the back of the truck and also i can kinda feel it kind of under my seat but a few feet back. I just had my drive shaft rebuilt and I have no idea what this noise is. It use to just be when i would accelerate fast and now its even when i take off at any speed. It does it alot if i am taking off from a stop and going uphill. I am stumped. I am not very good with working on cars but really want to learn. I live in the san bernardino area.

Most lily something in the rear axle is bad, I would guess a bearing in the differential or the ring gear its self is broken. Could also be a rear wheel bearing.
