So i completed my inchworm adaptor for the A340 to gear transfer case. So far everything works well in 2hi and 4hi but when in 4lo the transmission only stays in 1st gear and will not shift into the other gears. There are no wires to the TCU that would tell the transmission it was in 4lo, it would have no idea what the transfer case was in. My guess is it has to do with some sort of drive pressure that the transmission is sensing. Does anyone else have this issue with this conversion?
I do plan to install a Rad design manual shift kit in the next month but would really like to take this out and snow wheel this weekend and it will be a long day in 1st gear all day.

the only thing i could think of is maybe the trans computer thinks your in 4hi and is looking for the speed on the high side of the transfer case. VSS problem maybe?
