I have a 88 Toyota pick up just put a 86 motor in it ran fine for 3 weeks then would act like its running out of gas. well figured out its getting to much gas it has the 22 re in it pulled the plugs out turn it over and the ingectors are pouring gas out any ideas what will make this happen. im new to Toyotas my first one.

 

Cold start injector might be stuck on. other than that perhaps your injectors are shot. that is highly unlikely since it was running fine. I would guess the CSI or a bad afm making it run super rich.
