that is just a generic picture of a steering box.
it is a 79-85 power steering box?
since you lifted your truck your should convert to High steer and order an IFS steering box & mount.
You are also gonna need the hoses, reservoir and a pump and possibly the pulley

thanks for the info, do you know of a thread of converting to "high steer"?
do you know where I can order an IFS steering box and mount? or what vehicle I could get them from?

a stock push pull steering box for 79-85 is gonna be hard to find one in good shape
if you want to convert to High steer find the IFS box(86-95) and mount
the box you can order them a lot of vendors. The mount can be ordered from places like trail gear, marlin crawler, all pro offroad etc.
