I misjudged a creek crossing last weekend and bent a rod in my 3vze. A buddy has a roached out 4 door runner with an automagic trans that I'm hoping will be an easy swap into my 5spd/4wd pickup.
I presume it'll be as simple as pulling the pooched motor, pulling the "new" one, swapping the clutch over, and off we go putting it back together.
Am I correct or is there more to it that I should have considered?

 

I think the motors should all be the same . Should just be a bolt in, along with your engine harness .
