Rear Window Slider Airflow With a Camper Shell?

Most truck cabs get stuffy without opening side windows, but a rear slider creates air flow outlet without the noise and turbulence from rolling down side windows. Does anyone use the slider and get good airflow with the shell so close behind it?

This guy. Absolutely! Just barely open the side drivers side window and the rear window. It creates a sort of vacuum of circulating fresh air ( if that makes sense at all). And no, my single cab '93 having a camper shell has not changed that.
