Where to buy fender flare stick on rock guard? Or better solution?

Half of the fender flare on the rear door of my 4runner had a stick on rock guard that was all cracked; I removed it but it took spots of paint with it and looks horrible now. Local auto shop wants $300 to paint just the 2 door pieces - with me doing all the labor and removing them...

1. Does anyone know of any creative solution to fix this? I don't need it 100%. 2. Does anyone know where to buy the stick on rock guard patch? I was thinking maybe I could put it on and then spray paint the stick on piece itself..

The lil cans of color match paint they sell at autozone and a lil sand paper maybe a can of selfetching primer if there's any bare metal a pic would help us know how bad it is

Here you go.. it's fiberglass/plastic which is why the paint came off so easy, toyota only put like one coat of light paint on the flares for some reason.

From the looks of it all you need to do is sand it down with some 250+grit sand paper and give it a couple coats of spary paint in a matching color but do the whole fender flare not just the rough spot.

Or if you want to add a little uniqueness to your toy you could paint all flares/plastic moulding on the bottom of the truck a new color(make it two tone)

Thanks, but I tried touching up a pickup of mine with spray paint before and it is way too flat looking next to the glossy clear coat of the factory paint, this is why I really prefer to just do something with that exact area. Spray paint *may* work too as the base and then I could clear it with a gun perhaps, it's the base I always have a hard time matching but usually those spray cans are fairly close. Silver is a really hard color to work with too, gets dark quick if too many coats.

If I can find new rock guard stickers (anyone have suggestions) then maybe I can tape up that exact area I can maybe spray paint directly under them.

You might be able to use skate board grip tape or plasti-dip if you know how to apply it I personally have no clue how to use it

I run a body shop, and if it were mine, I would tape off the where the paint is pulled off, and spray on some rocker panel chip guard. You can buy it in clear or black. I would use the black. Either leave it black, or spray over it with some single stage touch up paint. The texture in the chip guard will hide the paint flaws and should look good.
