Set of flamethrower injectors for a 22re 40 shipped

Selling a used set that were installed for a couple weeks, my motor wouldn't adjust causing a rich condition that I didn't feel like messing with as these were suppose to be a plug and play upgrade.

The only thing that I don't have that came with the kit is the plenum gasket, selling for 40 bucks shipped standard usps in the US.

I too just removed my flamethrower injectors today. I reinstalled my factory denso's. What were your exact reasons for removing.

Mine seemed great when first installed.

Here lately I've had poor gas mileage and horrible power. My truck acts like the emergency brake is set or possibly pulling a trailer. It revs good but once you take off its kinda sluggish. I can feel the engine trying to get up and go but it's like Its being held back. I also noticed my tailpipe is pretty black in there...

So.... How about you???

Same thing, I have heard plenty of people having good luck with these but a few have not.

Kinda A big waste of time in my book and I personally could care less if they sell, just trying not to have a 100 dollars sitting on my desk. If you are interested please search the subject a little before buying I will warn you that they might not work, or you might have to do things to make them work.

Anyway... Now that you have a 50/50 chance of them working who's in

I'm going to rephrase that for you...

Buyers: please note that these injectors will work in you truck. It will start up and run. However some people get a good performance gain and others do not. If you would happen to be one of the unlucky few then you can adjust the AFM to lean your engine out a bit to compensate for the upgraded injectors. If you would like further information on these injectors feel free to search here on YT under Flamethrowers Injectors. There are numerous reviews on here along with instructions on installing these.

There ya go bud...

Good Luck with sell. Let me know if they sell as I'm considering selling mine too.

I had great success with my flamethrower injectors. I also removed them during a crazy troubleshooting binge (turned out to be a bad ground, injectors are fine) and just don't have the heart to tear the upper intake off again to put them back. So if you need a set of 88 year model ones let me know... sorry to hijack your thread...

I did not try to adjust due to I needed my emissions done this week, my mechanic hooked it up to his tester of some sort which I'm sure isn't as advanced as the smog but one of the levels was 5 times higher than the state would allow for a pass. Didn't have time to mess with it nor did I think I should have to as stated they are a plug and play upgrade.

Some say you can adjust for them but I have decided it was a stupid idea just trying to get something extra out of a motor that runs fine. And at the end of the day we all need to remember ITS A 22RE

These are not worth the hassle to be honest, just hoping someone that needs a set that is ready to tune for them if need be comes along

Bumping it for the week, what, after numerous for sale threads, and possibly not working and having to do more work for a plug and play mod nobody wants these for 50 bucks? I don't get it

These are lightly used flamethrower injectors, plug and play your computer will adjust,

Sweet spray pattern equaling to better fuel economy and better power if you don't believe me just check the you tube videos they look sweet

This is a no brainer guys.................
