Just got an 88' 4wd standard 22re truck 5sp with 105k on the clock all original one owner I'm pumped! Truck is in good shape just got back from a 100 mile round trip in some minor elevation and it ran good only thing it acted like it got knocked out of gear from 4th to 5th(rpm surge) just wondering if that sounded like a "slipping" tranny or what? Thanks for any advice I'm a 1st timer!
