transmisson & 4*4 trans axle oil

Hey guys I want to change the oil to the transmission & transfer case ,,was wondering what oil and weight to use ,,I live in so cal,,, so weather dosent get to bad lowest temp in winter where I live for a few days a year is 19 degrees to 105 in the summer,,,thanks in advance....

80w90 or 75w90 from amsoil
