While driving a long time with the defrost on, I notice cold water pouring on my right foot. I cleared out the blockage for the AC, elbow that is on the passenger side in engine bay. Is there another drain?

 

Not familiar with your model but there is usually only one. Is it draining water after you cleared it? If not it's probably still clogged. Definitely water, not coolant?

 

Not coolant. And not rain water. It happened when using my AC. I cleared the plug. Still happening, only on drivers side. Theres a black vent in the center console facing the pedals. The water comes out of that.

 

Have you seen water draining from the plug since you cleared it? You should. Evaporator may be clogged past the drain.

 

Yeah, it has. That's why it surprised me when it started pouring on my foot when I made a sharp right turn.

 

If I remove the elbow & grommet that's it's in, is it difficult to replace?

 

The elbow pulls right out and is most likely where your clog is. I usually get a spider or insect of some kind making a nest in there. I have to clear mine yearly.

Just pull the elbow out, clean it and stick it back in.

No need to pull the grommet.
