The temp gauge is almost always at half. Is that right? Also the fan stays on almost all the time, which I know is the fan clutch, but how do I go about fixing this? And what are my electric fan options?

Blown head gasket. Better start searching for a new motor.

ok haha. i just got more worried this week cause i was in a situation where i was pretty leaned over in a rut, and that dang fan kept coming on and i just could NOT get the power to get out of it. not to mention i gave it a 4k rev to clear it out and a nice cloud of oil smoke came out. shes got some MILES on her haha.
