Sliding Rear Window Latch Broken

Sliding Rear Window Latch Broken
This latch is broken on my 2001 Prerunner. A few years back I replaced this same latch on my '99 4x4. The p/n was 69370-35010.
However it appears as if the number changed for 2001. But I'm having trouble confirming this. One dealer parts guy told me the above # fits the 2001. However several online parts sellers sites tell me it does not.
Does anyone here happen to know? Also is the entire assembly the only way this comes?
