Just joined this in hopes of finding a cure for my 2004 4Runner. I've got 210k miles and it runs great however in the morning I'll drive to work (35 miles in traffic). Runs fine. At lunch I'll start and it runs rough like it misses or flooded(only for maybe 10 seconds). Changed spark plugs(Denso). Still does it. Mechanic plugged into CPU and it just said multiple flooding. It seemed to be worse when the weather was in the 90s. Now it's in the 70s.
Added injector cleaner to tank. Didn't help. Mechanic said possibly Fuel Regulator. Any thoughts or tips?

 

Fuel regulator is good call... Depending on price you should probably change it.
