98 v6 4Runner Audio & Wiring Issue!!?

Hello Everyone i have been searching all over the internet for solutions and advice but i haven't found anything yet but before i start taking things apart in my vehicle i wanted to ask some of you experts of your thoughts

OK here's the situation:

left side of car all switches works speakers work including the tweeter that is above the dash.

Right Side tweeter works none of the others speakers work
and i could use the power lock switch on that side but the window switches sometimes and rarely works.

Any advice is greatly appreciated if this a two part problem then i would like to fix the speakers first.

thanks guys.

so i was working on it and i noticed that the passthrough wires to the tweeter work fine (the red and black) and if i disconnect the blue and green from the housing the tweeter shuts off... so now im trying to test the front right speaker (trying to figure out how..) and ill go from there

If the tweeter is working, you probably just have a blown door speaker. The tweeter works in line with the door speaker. You can test the door speaker by stripping back a little of the shielding on each wire, and touching a 9 volt battery to the wires, one terminal on each wire (hope that makes sense). If the speaker moves, its good, if it doesnt its blown. You can also test it for ohm load if you have a multi meter. Does the truck have the jbl system?

I have a similar issue in my 95 runner. The kid I bought it off of had a custom sound system in it but it only seems to work when the cab temp is low and only the left side works. Can't get anything on front right to work. I think it may be a short somewhere since I replaced the deck and wiring harness for the stereo.
