Repair, swap, or sell?

Well after 228000 hard miles my head gasket started leaking in my 88 xtracab 3.0. It also needs new valve cover gaskets and due for a new timing belt, and I think valves need adjusting to, and front diff is out on it. Figured do all of it at once as i have access to shop and tools, but i dont know if its worth fixing, especially if i only paid 600 for it, or swapping in a 4 cylinder if its not to hard to do or selling as is and let someone else fix it. Even if I did fix it I would have to sell it later this year when im out of military.

If the body and frame are good fix it, if not sell it as is.

Get a low mileage replacement or rebuild especially if it is a good chassis. I regret selling my 1989 Yoda.
