Help! I have 1989 22re Pickup 4cyl and it's gutless... Recently the check engine light came on and the codes read 24 and 31. It has a new TPS, O2, AFM, plugs, wires, and I checked the cat and its clean.. When driving it has weak acceleration and smells of gas. The idle is a bit rough but not crazy.. I'm losing my mind and any advice would be appreciated!

 

Has it always been gutless or all of a sudden? Check fuel pressure, and regulator.
