My 93 truck was doing just fine yesterday, then I stopped somewhere for a while and got stuck in the snow. While trying to rock it out it stalled 3 times and then the entire pickup just died completely. Jump starting it didn't work, and when I went to start the truck all the lights in my dash would turn on for half a second then go out and the engine would click once. Could this be the starter although its fairly new along with the battery. Help, this is my first truck ever and I don't know what's wrong.

 

Check the battery connection to see if they are clean and tight . also check the cables and any wires connected to the battery.
