87' yota front axle

I live in Alaska and I own an 87' yota that I plan on lifting to be able to handle 33'' swampers. The truck will be used to get back and forth from some remote land. The terrain is swampy and forest and will have 2 feet of snow in the winter. I don't have a solid front axle and my question is.....do I really need one, considering the terrain?

Negative. You dont need a SFA for that. Your IFS will hold up decent, it will wear a lot quicker, but itll do ok

Plus, if you didnt wana lift it, you could always cut the fenders out, or get some stock wheels and run 33x10.50s. They fit with no lift
