auto to manual hub swap

auto to manual hub swap
i started by swapping out an auto trans. for manual. then thought that just adding manual locking hubs would engage the 4x4. now i have no 4x4 when it worked fine with the auto trans. no 4x4 indicator. but the front driveshaft spins and i can feel the transfercase gears turning. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

You're ADD system is no longer activating, you need to manually activate it, and lock it in place.
