Does anyone know the size of the locating dowels between the block and heads on a 3vze.

I have to Toyota PN but they want $6/pin which is ridiculous. I can purchase them locally but I'm having difficulties locating the size.

Ye nothing. Gauge the hole or ask the toyota parts desk. I'd kind of expect my supplier to know if they have the right size, no? Are you thinking DIY ones?
