I've been looking at injectors for my '85 1 Ton and have a question hopefully someone can answer.
I notice some injectors offered for this truck have pintal caps and some do not. What is the difference or is there any? Maybe pintal caps have to be on all injectors for this model or not?
Hopefully this is not a dumb question but I wanted to be sure before I order. I have not pulled the old ones out yet and wanted to make sure when I do I have the correct ones to reinstall.

They should have the caps. I'd buy the ones with caps. Some people reuse there old ones but I do not recommend that. Most the time there hardened up and cracked.
