Custom winch bumper

Here are some pictures of a custom winch bumper i'm working on. I bought the truck with this bumper already on it im just modifying to my needs. somebody home made this bumper and did a good job. the main structure is 5"x5" box tubing and some 1/8" sheet metal added for shape. The blinker buckets are cut from the stock bumper and welded into the box tubing. I cut 2 sides off the box in the center and capped the sides for the hole to fit the winch then i cut out the bottom and replaced it with 1/4" plate since the box is 1/8" and added gussets. let me know what you think. hopefully within the next week or 2 i'll have some pics of it back on the truck.

i had to cut it off the truck someone bolted it then welded it so i have to go cut the tabs off of the frame then i'll wlde them back to the bumper and fish plate the joints. then it will bolt to the factory location and im thinking about adding some extra brackets to reinforce its attatchment to the frame i'll make those bolted also so this thing doesnt become permanent like the previous owner had it
