i need a part # or other solution
Thought I had a hg pop but it turns out to be this hose: ( long one attached to right side of bypass)
Connected like this:
Bypass->2" long rubber hose-> 180° metal line-> hose in question-> it then drops down behind intake plenum to a manifold.
Problem is, no one seems to know how or where to get one.
This is on a 95 4runner 3.0 (I borrowed the picture)
Without a part # or name Toyota doesn't even know what to get.

I just went thru the same situation. Even had the part in my hand, found the part in the diagram ( stock number didnt match) and still was unable to get it. They have to have the VIN and will be able to look it up that way.
Unfortunately alot of the stock personnel they have really dont seem to be mechanics, and with other dealers like a Ford I had, ran into a similar situaton, and went to another dealer after not being able to get the part. Try a differnt dealer.
Here is another optoino>>> http://www.toyomotorparts.com/

Have your parts guys look up the heater water piping...looks like it is a water hose for the rear heater.
scope103 has the right PN for the 3.0.

Dang! I get 87245-35040 http://www.toyotapartszone.com/oem/t...245-35040.html
rworegon may know more than I do (which isn't much) about how the suffixes work.
But you've got two "possible" part nos; try to find a dealer who has better pictures of exactly what you're ordering.
