You could put an ARB on the front to even it out or even a tubed rear. Or both

I did the same with my 95. MOOG springs and new factory Toyota shocks. It made a huge difference in ride quality.

You could throw a couple 2" coil spacer on top of that and really kill that sag for good. Cheap and effective.

Moog Spring Pairing

I really like my Moog's, but you are right. They do not level the 4runner. I added Sway-A-Way torsion bars on front, and sagged the front suspension about 1" to level. With a stock front bumper I don't get much upward travel, but I prefer down travel anyway. Plus the 4runner drives like a large gocart.

Thanks for the inspiration here in this discussion from years ago. Had the rear sag, don't really need to lift - just wanted to level. Ordered a set of moog springs MOG-CC255 from SummitRacing for $68.99. Also replaced my shocks (which looked to be the original Toyota ones from 25 years ago?) with some Bilsteins. Ride is GREAT, and the moogs leveled out the truck perfectly. I see lots of discussion about where to measure from. I chose the line down the middle of the doors. I had a 1.5 inch sag from the front of the front door, to the rear of the rear door. It's gone now!

Easy install - affordable, and great improvement. MOOG!
