Freaking vacuum lines...

Hey guys I need some help with a vacuum line on my 1992 22re single cab 4x4. this line was missing and had a plug on the end of it when I bought the truck in may of 2012. I've been searching in vain for where this line goes to for 7 months or so now. in the pic it is the one that my finger is pointing at. I found something on the bottom of the charcoal canister, but all the searches I bring up in google tells me that nothing is supposed to be hooked up there, almost like its a drainage or something, and I have not been able to find anything helpful on here, yet anyways. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

EDIT: Note that this is where 3 lines come out behind where the one line goes to the brake booster, located on the rear of the intake manifold.
EDIT 2: Note that this particular truck is "Shelia" from my signature.

There are two lines that come off of that adapter. One goes to the blue vacuum item on the valve cover the other goes to the metal rail of tubes on the side of the valve cover. The third line is stopped.

There are actually 3 on this one. the 3rd one is hiding underneath the two you can see in the picture.

Thank you so much, that was my original thought, but google, and a few other sites were telling me otherswise.

Do you have the vacuum diagram on the hood? Kind of hard to trace lines but that thing is a bible for vacuum lines.

I'm not sure, I didn't even think to look at it, if it is there. If it is there, I will double check what you have told me just to be sure.

I believe it's an accessory port for something that your vehicle doesn't have. Do you not have A/C maybe?

That's supposed to have a cap on it, probably not needed for your model. Mine looks the same. Weird angle on pic, but it's on inside of plenum, towards the rear, right? I'll get a shot up of mine.
