97 4runner rear heat not working

97 4runner rear heat not working

My wife's 97 4runner's rear heat just stopped blowing hot air. The front works fine, but the rear is blowing cold air, anyone know what it could be?

The rear coolant lines on our 3rd Gen 4runners seem to rot and leak coolant.
