Downeys and Bils on the way for my 2nd Gen
I finally bit the bullet and shelled out the cash for some Downey HD coils and Bils all the way around for my Runner. Tired of looking at the A$$ Sag! Plus our paved roads around here in the UK are just about like driving offroad so I need the stiffer ride anyhow. I will be spending the next 2 weeks waiting and reading up on write ups of guys who have already done this mod. Planning to do it all myself so if anyone has any input on how it went or some little secrets please enlighten me! Thanks!

it might take longer than expected to install. i think i've read some reviews that said it took about 6 hours to install that setup, but the place where i got it installed (i could never do it on my own unfortunately) said it took 10 hours. so i guess just set aside some ample time for it.

Joey, welcome to the world of no more saggy
There are two good installs on line.
One in our Tech section by Steve, and another one I ran across a few years back.
Be prepared to crank up your torsion bars a bit afterwards, as your front end may take a nose down attitude after the aft end comes back up and beyond stock height.
Be a good time also to oder some low profile bumpstops from Energy Suspension's page.
The ones you need are the low profile red ones on page II of their bump stop page.
It takes six. Three per side of your IFS.
