Are you wanting to put in a 4 wire heated O2 versus a non-heated?
What are you trying to achieve?

They're actually the same. As in, the 3VZ-E and 22R-E use the same O2 sensors. There's 3 different part numbers, corresponding to different years of application. But all are used for both engines of the years to which they apply.

Earliest to latest, they are:

89465-39175

89456-39355

89456-39485
