metal heater pipe to intake man gasket

Got the head off of my 94 22re and just picked up the head from the machine shop today after checking/straitening, and getting ready to reverse the ratchet. while cleaning some of the components I discoverd that one of the metal pipes (bypass?) that wraps around the back of the head and bolts into the bottom of the intake manifold had a dried out seal which looks like it used to be an O-ring. is that a generic O-ring or is it a Toyota specific part? if generic, any idea what size?

I ordered a head gasket kit from Engine Builders and I could not find this piece in it.

Thank for your help.

Kip

Can anybody help with this? I called the nearest dealer which is 70 miles away, the parts guy said he would fax me a page from the parts book to help id the part, but he never bothered to send it so I am totally in the dark on this.
