removing fender flares Sequoia

I am new here on Yotatech and could not find a thread about this, maybe missing it though.

I see there is screws on the bottom side of the stock fender flares but wanted to know if there is those push tabs holding on too? Any tips on removing these? I would like to put some bed liner on these. Has anyone done this and have any pics of their Sequoia?

thanks and looking forward to finding a lot of info on this site!

-Jake

Welcome to Yotatech. Maybe someone will chime in specifically for your Seq, but you may have quicker luck asking in the Seq section.

I have not personally removed flares from a Seq, but the screws you refer to may also incorporate the push pin type retainers. Removing the screw allows the pushpin to collapse and come out. And I'm not sure if there is any adhesive on the upper lip of the flares. I'm sure this isn't to difficult, but again, I haven't personally done it. Good luck!

Im considering removing the flares also. Any new info on this? It may have plastic connectors on the body around the fender, requiring some body work (unless covering with equally large flares)
