86 Truck, shifters stuck in 1st and 4 low??

86 Truck, shifters stuck in 1st and 4 low??
Truck needs a clutch kit.I'm stuck in 1st gear and 4 low by my house,hubs free.How can I get it into neutral to move the other stick out of 4 low?I do have a clutch cancel button if that helps.I'm ignorant on everything.A fellow is supposed to work on the clutch replacement this week ,but that's a half a mile away solutions,suggestions?....thanks.

i have had to put pressure one the 4wd lever when it was in 4 low hubs locked and give it a little gas, let off and pull it out of 4 low on decell.
once it was out of low range it shifted fine.
its like it binds up, so you should shift out of low range while you are moving.
