My wife just got stranded in NorCal and charged $365 to replace the lower radiator hose, thermostat, and radiator cap and refill with coolant. They charged $40 for the t-stat and 1hr (book rate) labor for it AND 1 hr for the hose! I disputed this with the service manager, but he said the service was excellent because they had to get the thermostat from Anderson (11.5 miles away) and that it did take the tech 2 hrs to do the job.

AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE! If my account isn't enough just check out the reviews on yelp!
