Hazard/turn signals dead...

They were working just fine. Last weekend I tore the dash out to change my heater core. I just got around to putting it back together tonight and my signals don't work.

When I searched the issue I found a bunch of posts saying they could hear the flasher clicking but no lights where working. With mine, everything is dead. No lights, no noises, nothing.

I have checked all the fuses, the horn works, I swapped the hazard switch with one that I know works. I was Just wondering if anyone knew of something simple that I overlooked. I guess tomorrow I will be pulling the dash back off and chasing wires...

Sounds like something didn't get plugged back in or got torn.

Yeah, I was sure I plugged everything back in except for the plugs for the air conditioning (which I don't think have anything to do with the signals). I will have to pull the dash and double check. I really hope it isn't a broken wire.

Found out that the plug on the cross bar under the steering wheel is the flasher (I wondered if that was it from the start). When I was taking things apart it was hard to pull the plug apart, now I'm wondering if something broke in the flasher.

Problem solved. Went out and looked at the flasher, one of the prongs was bent and was going in beside the plug. Took a screwdriver and bent the prong back and opened the plug a little wider and everything works fine.
