regular vs extended cab lift kits?

The front is the same. I think the rear leafs got longer after a certain year but I don't think it had anything to do with the body style, just the year.
This is for a suspension lift.
Body lift will definitely be different as mentioned.
The best way to find out what fits your application would be the actual manufacturers website, then order the lift with the appropriate part number from where ever you would prefer. Maybe even give a phone call or two to make absolute sure.
This is why I like to buy locally, shipping something back because it isn't right is a PITA

^THIS. if you're ever unsure, the actual manufacturer should know. If they don't, RUN don't walk away.
How can we talk you out of a bracket lift??? Why do you need a janky system installed on your rig that won't help do anything really except aesthetic change? If its for fitting bigger tires, there are better ways. If its for REALLY big tires, think again and search. If its just to see more of a gap between tire and body - do you NEED that? Other than making it taller, bracket lift doesn't really do anything but make COG higher, wind resistance higher, mpg drop, harder to get in, parts wear faster, etc.
If you DO get bracket lift make sure to get lifted leafs and not blocks for the rear
