I ate my steering alive

I went up in the hills and jacked my steering up.. the pitman arm rod end was all sloppy so I decided to replace the pitman arm, all the rod ends and the adjusters.. but when I tried to put them in the inner rod ends are hitting the frame..

I'm 99% sure the pitman arm is aligned right and everything else is installed correctly.. I think the shaft coming out of the steering box is bent, is that even possible? that shaft is beefy

Doubt it's bent.

Marks on shaft and pitman arm on bottom to align.

i would think if that shaft bent the seal would leak. sure you didn't put it on upside down?

Most likely the steering relay rod is bent. Check with dealer if the steering relay rod has been replaced under the recall.
