OME torsion bars, which side is "left side"?

OME torsion bars, which side is "left side"?
Hi to all!
My truck is -02 Hilux D4D
I just installed OME rear (leaf) springs and shocks plus the steering stabilizer. That was enough for today...
anyway, i still have the front torsion bars and shocks to install.
The OME torsion bars are marked "left side" and "right side" with the one marked "right side" lookin' a little thicker. Are these markings meant for the Australian vehicles with the driver sitting on the right side of the vehicle to compensate the weight of the driver? Should i install them the other way around or trust the markings (In my country the driver sits on the left side.)? Thank you for your replies in advance.
