Looking for a vacuum switch valve for my 96 4Runner 3.4. I think mine is on it's way out. Seems like when it gets to operating temp in the heat we're having my RPM will jump up at idle and when I put it in park it goes to 2K. I can hear the VSV clicking and "puffing". If I pull one of the vacuum hoses it's clearly puffing air through it. Whether or not the computer is telling it to do that I don't know but I wanted to start with this.
