I got a brand new one off a t100 and it still won't close the throttle cable always but there is slack in the cable it will close if I do it by hand. Its like there is a spring holding it open about a a 32nd of a inch

 

Gotta clean out the throttle body. It gets gummed up and hangs open. Sometimes if i'm driving for a long time the idle sticks at at 1100 until I give the throttle a hard blip.

 

Mine too. You'll just have to figure out why it's hanging up. Probably just crapped up.
