I think Toyota will offer a 5 speed with the V8 but I bet it will be limited.

I'd be willing to bet they don't...

Toyota's trend over the last few years has been to deny the pleasures of a manual transmission to all but those who are willing to live with the smallest available engine...

For example, you can't get a manual with the V8 in a Tundra...

A V8 5-speed manual would be nice...but I see a 5 speed auto on the Limited if anything.

How do you all know they aren't ditching the manual transmission...and that there will be a V8 option?

Just curious...you seem so sure about it.

(on a side note, I don't see them ditching the manual transmission yet...which is a smart move IMHO)
