diesel to 93 yota none diesel

That's an EXTREMELY broad subject that's been covered extensively multiple places on this site. Depends on what your goals are. MPG? Torque? Reliability? Keep it toyota? Mercedes/ volkswagen/ Cummins, Isuzu diesel? If you don't know what is needed to do the project, you might be better off keeping what's already in your truck. Any way you do it, it's not cheap either.

To do a diesel swap you first need to figure just what engine you want.
Once you figure that out do your homework.
It will be far cheaper to just find another gas engine or rebuild yours then to do a diesel swap

Go with the Mercedes om617 3.0 inline 5 cyl turbo diesel found in most 300d cars from 79 to 85 then get the 4x4 labs kit to go to the Toyota 5spd then figure out the little stuff got a link to my build in my sig and there are a few people installing them now with build threads. Just my 2 cents plenty of hp and almost twice the torque of a 22re
