w56 b swap for w56d

w56 b swap for w56d

Hi all
I have an 87 4runner and the tranny is going out. Can I put a w56d in it instead? Do I need to swap tcase as well? What about clutch?

The W56D uses a forward shift case and the W56B uses a top shift case.

If you go with the W56D I think you'll also need the froward shift transfer case.
