alright so im doing a 3rz swap into my 83 sr5 and i havent found anything about getting the factory tach to work, the 3rz i got is out of a 97 4runner. anybody done this before? and can tell me how to they did it

I would think it's the same with any engine. Run it off the coil.

Justdsm might have used the stock dash..

 

yup iv done my far share of research, mines a twin coil.
