**Updates - Found some notes from when I bought it. Guy was a mechanic from a Toyota dealership on the west side of Columbus. Timing chain done at 145k and clutch done at 160k.
1992 Toyota 4x4 ext cab
22re 4cyl with 210k miles
New Goodyear Wranglers with less than 200 miles on them
5 speed manual
A/C (probably needs recharged)
Tinted windows/Bed liner
Has the usual rust these trucks are known for - frame is solid
Known issues - no exhaust after catalytic converter

I've owned this truck for 4 years. Purchased when gas was pushing $5.00 a gallon in 2008. Drove it 50 miles daily for over a year with no issues. I drive it very little these days - just use it around the property like a gator. Wife says it has to go! Toyota reputation speaks for itself and these are becoming hard to fine. Serious and reasonable cash offers only - no low ballers or tire kickers. Known issues - no exhaust after catalytic converter. Fell off and just never put one back on - totally drive-able as is. Email with questions and if you're interested we'll schedule time for you to see and drive it. Additional pics available upon request. Thanks for looking

I'm Thinking about selling my 2wd and buying this truck. Only thing im worried about is the miles but all the major problems that it would have are taken care of. Also, do you think 2000 would be a decent offer, please give me some opinions!!!! This is my dream truck!!!

I would do a compression check and thoroughly check everything else out.
If the body is good that is a $5k truck around Portland...

Edit-exhaust rusted and fell off. I would be poking the frame with a hammer and screwdriver and checking the body out. His version of typical rust may not be realistic..
