Are spacers needed for brake upgrade on 95 Truck?

My rotors are warped and I've been researching the V6 brake upgrade. I hope Ive got this right but on a 95 22re pickup I have S12+8 rotors, and if I want to upgrade I'm looking for S12W brakes from 92-95 4runners/ T100's (same vented rotors to replace warpage, bigger piston calipers). My questions are..

Would I still have to grind out a piece of the backing plate if its a 95?

Is it basically the same deal for the rear drums?

Would these bigger calipers rub on 89-95 steelies without spacers?

Basically, is this going to be easy.
