Will auto motor convert to manual?

Will auto motor convert to manual?
Help! I found a great condition engine out of a 96 4runner! The price is good for me at 1300 for the complete motor, the only issue I'm having is that it is out of an auto... Anyone know if that is one of the motors that has the machined crank shafts that won't accept a pilot bearing?! I'm trying to re use my r150 from my 3.0
