Need help asap about buying 1981 FJ45h

hey guys thinking of buying a cruiser and found a 1981 fj45 and was wondering what you think wanted to no if its worth it or not and what should i watch out for?

Uh, the only real specific hard to get items on the 45's are the tin roof and tail gate. Nothing really specific to watch out for, just the basic rust, oil leaks, worn bearings (pinions, knuckle, wheel, tcase outputs), it probably has drum brakes all around it so make sure they are adjusted and working properly. It will have a 2F which are pretty bullet proof but can always use a carb cleaning and make sure the breaker plate in the distributer moves freely for the vacume advance or retard. Are you in north america? 81's were pretty rare around here. If you have some more specific questions feel free to ask.
