help me find a snorkel adapter please??????

help me find a snorkel adapter please??????

hey guys some for starts its going on my weber and i dont need the actual snorkel more of the adapter on the carb for the snokel and yes ive been looking around and can really only find 2 of them and there like 200 bucks

so please give me some ideas and links to some adapters thanks

and on some of the adapters ive seen will i have to run a inline filter?

There are only three carb hats available for the webers that I know of. And they take the place of the air filter. The new air filter becomes a part of the snorkel top.

You can always make one yourself out of sheet metal, rivets and some RTV. That's what I eventually plan on doing.

Or you can make something lie this work by using silicone elbows work. http://carburetion.net/products/3452-99010301.aspx
If you can find the right sized elbow.

wait, dang it. I posted the wron link in that first example.

The LCE $135 one is the same as this: http://www.carburetion.net/products/3455-99010357.aspx $120 one.
And if you search hard enough for the 99010.357 part number, you might even find it cheaper.
